5. Compliance with the Game Rules
5.1 User Compliance
When registering, the User declares themselves entitled to conclude, execute, square, and settle the Agreement through which they order the service. This means compliance with the Game Rules or explicit permission from the game owner or an authorized entity. If this condition is not met, the User must stop using the website immediately and cannot register.
5.2 Service Provider's Declaration
The Service Provider states that the Website is unavailable to individuals who do not meet these requirements. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the conditions outlined in section 5.1.
5.3 No Verification Requirement
The Service Provider is not obligated to verify whether the User is entitled to conclude, execute, square, or settle the Agreement related to their ordered service.
5.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance
If the User fails to comply with any of the conditions in section 5.1, the Service Provider may terminate the Agreement immediately to prevent damage to digital goods. Additionally, all Agreements concluded, executed, squared, or settled by the User may be declared null and void. Any claims resulting from voided Agreements must be settled by the User, and Fees for voided Agreements will not be refunded.
6. Limitation of Liability
ClashElite Store shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputational harm.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
